In their many years in the hospitality business, Jerry and Tina Wolsborn have met every U S president since Richard Nixon, Supreme Court Justices, royalty from several countries and the most awe-inspiring, Mother Teresa. They met in San Francisco, and throughout their married life have lived in Denver, Seattle, Washington, D.C., the islands of Maui and Oahu, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas. Each move was an adventure and they enjoyed all of their homes but each time, their hearts were in San Francisco.

They returned to San Francisco in 1989 and spent almost eight years there. Their daughters, Jen and Erin, established deep friendships during that time and the Wolsborns realized that they wanted to stay in the Bay area. The dream of owning and operating a B&B got stronger and stronger and eventually led them to discovering this gem nestled in the redwoods of Occidental. After years of running world-class hotels and other large hospitality businesses, Jerry and Tina were thrilled to purchase the Inn at Occidental in June of 2003. The dream has become a reality and they look forward to welcoming you to their home — your home away from home.
