Inn at Occidental Policies Reservations: To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of one night's room and tax is required at time of booking. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Cancellations: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. To cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 10 days prior to arrival to receive a credit (minus a $35 processing fee). Cancellations of 10 days or less receive a credit only if the room is rebooked. Early departures are considered a cancellation.
