Girlfriend
Getaway
Great setting for a girlfriends gathering in the village of Occidental.
Surrounded by redwoods, orchards and vineyards. Occidental is about
an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy a day of wine tasting
at some of Sonoma's boutique vineyards only minutes from the Inn.
Stroll down the hill in the evening to dine at one of several Occidental
restaurants.
This Girlfriend Getaway is for two nights in our 2000 square foot
Cottage adjacent to the Inn. Each of
the two bed rooms can be either configured as a twin or left as
a king and has its own bathroom, fireplace, whirlpool soaking tub
and air conditioning. The cottage features a spacious living room
for informal gatherings or watching an old movie or playing games.
Plan a menu and use the cottage's kitchen which is fully-equipped.
Start your morning off in the Inn's dining room with a full
breakfast and, don't miss the wine and cheese reception each
evening. If you are interested in massages, we can arrange to have
one of the Inn's massage therapist(s) come to the Sonoma cottage
for in-room massages. Call the Inn for details.
This two night getaway is available at a cost of $1,196
including tax based on four girlfriends. The living room does have
a sleeper sofa which could accommodate two more friends. Add $100

Sonoma Wine Country Experience
Looking for that once in a lifetime ultimate experience? This 3 night/4day
package will leave you with memories
of experiences you will fondly look back on. Your days and evenings
have been well thought out. All you have to do is arrive at the Inn
at Occidental an enjoy. Upon arrival, pop the cork on a bottle of
Sonoma County sparkling wine and toast the start of a great time.
To sweeten the day, two-handcrafted truffles will accompany your sparkling
wine.
Begin your evening in our living room with Sonoma wine
and cheeses durin g
our nightly reception. Later, stroll down two blocks to Bistro des
Copains and enjoy a delicious country French meal. In the morning,
our full breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room.
On Day Two, a private, escorted 5 hour tour of Russian River and Dry
Creek boutique wineries will have you sampling some of the finest
Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, Sauvignon Blancs, Zins and Syrahs. A picnic
lunch is provided by the Inn to enjoy at one of the wineries. Dinner
at the River's End Restaurant, overlooking the dramatic Sonoma coast,
where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean, is a dining option.
Awake bright and early on Day Three to experience a spectacular Hot
Air Balloon ride over West Sonoma wine country followed by a champagne
brunch at a local restaurant. Return to the Inn to refresh before
your in-room Swedish one hour massage. Complete your evening with
dinner reservations.
