Forest bathing, known in Japan as Shinrin-Yoku, is a slow, guided mindfulness experience that invites guests to unwind through gentle walking, quiet sensory awareness, and time to simply be in nature. This is not a hike, but a spacious and restorative practice designed to help guests slow down, release stress, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
