Suzuki Cady is a popular fiddle player, singer, and percussionist based in Sebastopol, CA. She co-founded Irish bands New Wild Hog and The Pure Drops, and has worked in numerous musical projects. Cady composes tunes and teaches an Irish Music for All Instruments Class in Sebastopol, CA.
Her sense of rhythm is informed by a lifetime of dance training. She has an extensive background in Flamenco, Afro-Brazilian, West African, Congolese, and rollerskate dancing. She is currently dipping her toes into the world of Sean-nós (Irish old-style) dance.
