What could be lovelier than a Wine Country wedding at a luxury inn? Big or small, formal or intimate – we’ve helped many couples tie the knot in style.

Weddings and Receptions are magical events here at Inn at Occidental. You may choose to hold your ceremony right here at the inn in our lush garden courtyard with fountain, or perhaps you would like to host your reception here after your ceremony at a nearby church or other venue. Next door to the inn is the Occidental Community Church, and two blocks north is the recently restored St. Phillip the Apostle Catholic church. If you would prefer an outdoor wedding, there are a variety of outdoor venues near the inn as well.

Planning a destination wedding in wine country? Rent the entire Inn and host both your ceremony and reception here. By renting the whole facility for your event, you’ll have access to our romantic Courtyard Garden, as well as the dining room, veranda, and outdoor patio, which can be used for a bar, dance area, or buffet.

Providing the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony or reception, the Courtyard accommodates 11 round tables to comfortably seat a maximum of 110 people. Little decoration is needed to enhance the natural beauty of the garden surrounding the Courtyard. A fountain in the center of the Courtyard provides an extra touch of old world romance. A dance floor can be set up in the southeast corner of the Courtyard. For chillier evenings, we recommend that you rent portable heaters. A tent that covers the whole courtyard can be rented, if there is a chance of inclement weather.
